If you are destroying a stamper during pressing, we will send you a new stamper within 24 hours. We will only charge shipping costs.
If you did not shoose to make a mother, we will make the new stamper out of your existing lacquer. A lacquer cut is not designed to do a 2nd plating, so the quality might be worse than the first stamper. We cannot give any guarantee in this case.
If you have choosen that we shall a mother, we can make a free stamper out of the mother. Quality will be as good as the first stamper.
